Hosting by Wix:
We use the platform provided by Wix.com Luxembourg S.a.r.l. (Luxembourg) and Wix.com Inc. (USA). Data transfers to the USA are secured by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and standard contractual clauses.
2. Contract processing & easybill
We process your order data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We transfer this data to easybill GmbH (Düsseldorfer Str. 77, 41564 Kaarst, Germany) for invoicing purposes,
with whom we have a contract for order processing.
3. Communication (Wix Chat & WhatsApp)
Wix Chat: We use data from the chat to respond to your inquiries
(contract initiation/fulfillment, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
WhatsApp Support & Channel: When you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. processes your data. We use WhatsApp for individual customer support (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). If you follow our WhatsApp channel, this is done voluntarily through your active action;
we use this to provide information (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
4. Payment processing
We offer payments via Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna. Depending on the provider, data is processed for transaction processing and fraud prevention (Art. 6 (1) (b) & (f) GDPR).
